1. Return Period

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must not be washed or damaged.

  • Original packaging and tags must be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged items.

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is provided in cases of manufacturing defects or if the error was on our side.

  • Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • No restocking fees are charged.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for sizing issues or defective items, subject to product availability.
